The last awards program entered was the Best in American Living Awards (BALA) in which Vici won Multifamily Community of the Year. Following MHN was the Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards where AO won 2 awards with Broadstone Arden at Park & Paseo, developed by Alliance Residential, winning top honors for Best Low-Rise Apartment Community. Awards programs to follow included Multi-Housing News (MHN) Excellence Awards where AO received 4 more awards in multiple categories including a Silver award for Best Design & Development, Mid-Rise for Vela on Ox, developed by Fairfield Residential. AO went on to win 6 merit awards at the Gold Nugget awards for Arte, developed by Fore Properties, VRV developed by Bonanni Development, and First Point developed by AMG & Associates and TPC, all receiving honors. The award wins did not stop there though. Fenton, received a Gold award for Best Mixed-Use Community and The Skydeck at the George, developed by Lyon Living, won for Best Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle for a Community. AO received Gold awards for both Vici and The Skydeck at the George. The year started off with the PCBC Gold Nugget Awards. It has been a very successful year for AO’s Multifamily Studio winning 19 awards this past season entering multiple awards competitions that highlighted creative development concepts and top design.
